Account access
If you cannot sign in, use the Forgot your password link on the sign-in screen. If that does not resolve it, email us from the address associated with your account.
A property or booking question
Contact the property's host for availability, prices, reservations or changes to a booking. Staynzo does not take bookings or payments.
Report a problem or listing
Include the page address and explain what is incorrect, unsafe or not working. You can attach a screenshot, but remove guest details, access codes and other private information first.
Privacy and account requests
Signed-in hosts can request account deletion from Account and deletion in their workspace, without emailing support. For access or correction requests, email care@staynzo.online from your account address. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.
